To manage all aspects of Human Resources of the assigned Region.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Manpower Planning - Recruitment - Training & Development - HR Policies, Process and Procedures - HR Management system - Performance Management system - HR Management Information system - Statutory Compliances - Grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings - People management.
- Manpower planning for Malabar Gold & Diamonds and other units in the assigned region. - Prepare manpower budget and plan for the company based on growth and targets. - Understand the staffing needs by interacting with the business and functional heads. - Recruit potential candidates within timelines. - Attend interview and selection process. - Manage the on boarding and induction of new process of new hires. - Prepare detailed Job descriptions, Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators. - Plan Training & Development for all employees in the assigned region. - Ensure Timely and accurate payroll processing. - Monitor and check attendance regularisation of all employees. - Ensure that all statutory components (PF,ESIC, Bonus,PT,LWF) are complied and timely payment of the same. - Ensure that HR policies as laid by the organization is implemented and followed across the Unit. - Ensure process automation in existing processes of HRMS. - Implement the Performance management system. - Ensure that the unit complies with statutory requirements like minimum wage, PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, gratuity. - Handle grievance, liase with and intitate meetings, hearing on acts of misconduct or proceedings when applicable.
